The task of claim analysis including entitlement and quantum requires specialty knowledge and experience. I and my team are proficient not only in performing such analysis but also preparing defense against such claims.
When construction projects run into serious problems such as cost overruns or delays, our experts can quickly take the necessary actions to implement appropriate procedures to get the troubled project back on track. I assist my clients by reviewing their project in order to understand the root causes of the problems and by developing appropriate approaches to successfully turn the troubled projects around and by implementing a recovery process. Although not all projects are fully recoverable, my team help clients mitigate the damages to the extent possible while preventing further damages from occurring.
